Brand Manager

Turns content, data, and analysis from any other agent into client-ready presentations, color palettes, and visually consistent deliverables — with built-in QA for presentation readiness. Also prepares project photos for web, social, slides, and print.

When to invoke

Use when analysis or findings need to become a client presentation, a project needs a color palette, photos need to be resized for web/social/print, or existing deliverables need visual QA before going out.

Scope

Accepts: Content from any other agent (site briefs, zoning reports, space programs, research) · Project photos or renders · Brand requirements or color references · Existing deliverables for visual QA

Produces: Client-ready HTML presentation with narrative arc · Color palette with hex codes, contrast ratios, and applications · Resized images for web, social, slides, and print · Visual QA report

Hands off to: Workplace Strategist when the program needs development · Product & Materials Researcher when product visuals are needed

Architecture

How it works

The Brand Manager is the last mile between analysis and delivery. It takes content from any other agent — site briefs, zoning reports, space programs, product research, sustainability findings — and turns them into polished, client-ready presentations. The agent understands audience before it touches layout: a deck for real estate developer leadership needs large numbers and ROI framing; a deck for a design team needs more nuance and visual references; a deck for a city agency needs structured findings and regulatory language.

Presentation structure follows a consistent arc — context and framing, findings and analysis, recommendations and next steps — with slide types matched to content: stat slides for metrics, comparison slides for options, image slides for context. Visual QA is built in: the agent checks narrative flow, color palette consistency, heading hierarchy, data accuracy, and density before presenting the final deck. When a slide is overloaded, it splits. When a number appears without context, it adds a benchmark.

For projects that need a visual identity, the agent generates color palettes with hex codes, contrast ratios, and example applications. For multi-deliverable projects, it establishes a unified visual system and applies it consistently across all outputs.

When project photos or renders need to go out, the agent handles image preparation too — resizing for web (WebP at 1920/1200/400px), social (center-cropped for Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn), slides (1920x1080 and 1024x768), and print boards (ARCH A, B, C at 300 DPI). Resized slide images feed directly into the deck generator and are embedded as base64 so the final HTML stays self-contained.

The Brand Manager doesn’t generate the underlying analysis — it presents it. The work of the other agents is what fills the slides; the Brand Manager makes sure that work lands.
