How ALPA handles data on alpa.llc and in our open-source tools.
Who we are
ALPA is operated by Alpaca Design Lab LLC, a company registered in New York. This policy covers the website at alpa.llc and our open-source tools, including Architecture Studio.
What we collect
On this website: Nothing. We do not use analytics, cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts. We do not collect personal information. The site is static HTML served by Cloudflare Pages.
Cloudflare may collect basic server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) as part of its infrastructure. This is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy, not ours. We do not access these logs.
In our open-source tools: Architecture Studio and other plugins run entirely on your machine through Claude Code or Claude Desktop. We do not receive telemetry, usage data, or any information about your sessions. The tools make network requests only to public data sources (NYC Open Data, Census Bureau, etc.) as part of their documented functionality — never to our servers.
If you email us at [email protected], we'll have your email address and whatever you wrote. We use it to reply. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your email with anyone.
Third-party services
The website links to GitHub, LinkedIn, and Substack. Those services have their own privacy policies. We don't embed their trackers.
Data we store
None. We have no database, no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no payment processing on this site.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. The full history is in our Git repository.
